Finishing center

Finishing centre, 6 CNC axes, 5 of which simultaneously interpolated + 1 positioning axis.
The C400B centre represents the solution for finishing complex surfaces requiring a particular machining orientation. Thanks to its positioning axis, the machine can be used in 2 different configurations during the same cycle. Able to machine all types of materials, including ceramics, sapphire, etc.

6 CNC axes + 1 positioning axis, 5 simultaneously interpolated axes.

Compatibility:

Programs compatible with C400 range machines (C400F and C400S).
Clamping systems compatible with all Crevoisier® grinding and finishing centres - C480, C440, C400F and C400S.
Tooling 100% compatible with the C400F and C400S machines, partially compatible with Crevoisier® grinding centres C440 and C480.

Extremely versatile. In particular, the positioning axis enables machining orientation according to the requirements of the workpiece.

Indexable multi-tool turret.
4 tools (wheels, belt devices, HF spindles, etc.).

Able to perform the following operations:

Milling
Drilling
Turning

Direct measurement on all axes (option).

Built-in cutting system.

Option of linking the machine to various Crevoisier® loading systems.

Option of topside/underside workpiece machining, by means of gripper changeover and automatic turnover (Crevoisier robot required).
