Crevoisier C424

Absolute symmetry: The art of perfect alignment for unrivalled elegance.

How it works :

The strand is loaded on the X slideway, and is fed forward to take position between the hard metal shoes. Oscillation of the Y slideway provides a better surface finish, and ensures the belt is worn across its width.

There are two available cycles :

1. The shoes are fixed, and the strand is slowly inserted between them. This cycle is mainly used for roughing and/or shaping the strand.
2. The strand is positioned between the shoes, and these move in the direction of the strand. This cycle is used mainly for finishing.

Positioning of the shoes :

The shoes are positioned by the cross slideway.
The orientation is adjusted by the support system, which ensures the repositioning when changing runs.
