The polisher takes the robot by the arm, performs and optimises their polishing operations on the first part. Then the cell can reproduce these learned actions, with no limits.
Compatible with your CREVOISIER® accessories
Compact and astonishingly simple to use, this cell is equipped with a C5100 motor, which can be used to work with all the accessories in the CREVOISIER® range.

The built-in suction and filtration systems meet our brand’s quality standards, and ensure this equipment’s durability.
Measuring 1500 mm wide by 1250 mm in depth and weighing 700 kg, this cell can be easily fitted into your workshop. No side access is required, you can position the machine against a wall or have multiple cells side by side.
Extraordinary innovation with its collaborative robotics technology
This solution harnesses the polisher’s know-how, reproducing their actions while managing consumable wear. To do so, the C710 cell uses the latest collaborative robotics technologies and CREVOISIER®’s innovation.
This solution was designed with the help of polishers, in order to meet their needs as closely as possible.
The learning process works by copying the actions and forces applied by the polisher via the POLICapture software developed by CREVOISIER.
The functions relating to the process autonomy are already saved in the interface, and they are added to the trajectory learned by simply activating the function.
Our cell’s autonomy is ensured by the palletiser and its accessories such as the collet magazine, turnover station and re-buffing tool. These devices make for uninterrupted operation, optimising your production with no need for human intervention. Our multi-reference management enables various parts types to be processed smoothly, further boosting the cell’s efficiency. With this advanced technology, our solution offers intelligent and versatile automation, to meet a variety of production needs.
Our innovation revolutionises the polishing process, by taking on exhausting preparatory tasks, thereby freeing the polisher from the tiring parts of the job.
