The CREVOISIER® C920 palletiser is designed to be combined with the C440 machine to boost its autonomy.
Whether for a large run or multiple batches of different components, once coupled to your machine, the C920 will facilitate your production flow management, enabling simultaneous output of various types of components.
It is equipped with a palletiser 750 mm in height (37 x 20 mm pallets, or 25 x 30 mm pallets), and comes with the following technologies built in:
– Pallet or loose feed (conveyor, hopper, vibrating bowl)
– Vision pack for checking, location, measurement or traceability
– Checking laser
– SPC drawer
– Precious material security system
– 3R, Yerly, Mecatool quick-release clamping base
– Turnover and alignment station
– Cleaning by vaporisation, brushing and blasting
– Multi-gripper and multi-clamp magazine
– 4.0 connection

The C920 palletiser provides outstandingly efficient loading management for various part types, and is easily adaptable to different working environments, such as our CREVOISIER® C440 machines.
